Boulevard Trees

A boulevard tree is defined as any tree that exists within the right-of-way (ROW) of a boulevard, which is the property between the edge of the street (whether curbed or not) and the adjacent private property line. Boulevard Tree Permit

All maintenance work being performed on public boulevard trees, including planting, stumping, treating, trimming, or removal, requires an approved permit issued by Saint Paul Forestry.
