City Clerk Overview
The City of Saint Paul's City Clerk’s Office is responsible for:
- Managing the record-keeping functions for all City Council actions
- Managing the administrative updating of the:
- Overseeing the election contract with Ramsey County
- Administering domestic partnership registrations
- Acting as the responsible authority and compliance official for City data-practices requests
- Assisting City staff and the general public in researching information regarding City Council actions.
- Publishing:
- Ordinances
- City actions requiring notification
On behalf of the City of Saint Paul, the City Clerk's Office receives the filings of
