Overview
The community-created projects are proposed projects submitted by Saint Paul residents and reviewed by the Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) committee and the Mayor's office. This is a new CIB process designed to engage residents and focus more strongly on equity and inclusion, strategic investments, and fiscal responsibility. More information can be found on the Capital Improvements Budget Process website.
