  • Recruiting
  • EMS Academy recruiting
  • Fire Explorer program
  • Screening of firefighters
  • Limited English Proficiency (LEP) compliance
  • Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance
  • Creating a diverse workforce that resembles the community we serve

Services provided to department members include :​

  • Diversity awareness training promoting
    • Positive working relationships
    • Positive relations with the public
    • Understanding of the various backgrounds of our members
