Information About the Early Learning Ballot Question
In November 2024, Saint Paul will vote on whether to authorize a special levy to provide public funding dedicated to childcare initiatives for children under the age of five. If approved, the city would be authorized to raise $2 million in the first year, with an additional $2 million added each subsequent year, reaching $20 million annually by year 10.
