Overview
This license is for a person or entity affiliated with Transportation Network Company (TNC) drivers that arranges transportation services via one (1) unique internet-based transportation application system, connecting TNC-Endorsed drivers with passengers for the transport of passengers for compensation. - Business Plan Addendum

Expiration & Renewal
A Transportation Network Company License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
