2025 Parks and Recreation Permit Season
The 2025 permit season will run May 5 - October 5.
Beginning January 3, 2025, permit applications will be accepted from all Saint Paul residents and businesses via phone at 651-266-6400 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Beginning February 3:
- Non-residents may apply for permits.
- Online picnic shelter permits will be available.
2025 Parks and Recreation Permit Lottery
- The 2025 permit lottery is now closed. All entries received by December 18, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. will be randomly sorted and further instructions will be provided to entrants. Lottery entries may not be transferred to other customers.
- Permits will be issued to lottery entrants beginning on January 2, 2025. (Selecting a preferred date or location on the lottery application form does not guarantee the applicant will receive that date or location.)
