The City of Saint Paul will hold a public hearing on the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 3 p.m. in room 1303 City Hall Annex (25 West Fourth Street) and concurrently virtually via Microsoft Teams meeting using the following phone number: (612) 315-7905, Conference ID: 415 206 28#.
The Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan amendment is available for a 15-day public review and comment period from January 24, 2023 to February 8, 2023.
Citizens wishing to submit written comments during the public review and comment period may mail them, postmarked no later than February 8, 2023, to the following:
