Cultural STAR Info Session

The Cultural STAR program provides grants for arts and cultural programming and organizations within the City of Saint Paul. Applications are now open for the 2023 funding round. Completed applications must be submitted by Friday, July 21 at 4 p.m.

• Thursday, July 6, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Rondo Community Library, Multipurpose Room
• Wednesday, July 12, 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. - George Latimer Central Library, Andy Boss Community Room (4th floor)
