Community Dinner and Open House about the City's Anti-Displacement and Wealth Building Study

The City of Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development, supported by the Mayor, City Council, and Planning Commission, has initiated an Anti-Displacement Plan and Community Wealth Building technical study.

Join us for an upcoming dinner and a public open house to discuss this work:

• Wednesday, April 19 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at Neighborhood House (179 Robie Street East)
• Monday, April 24 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at Arlington Community Center (1200 Payne Avenue)

So far, the study:

• identified displacement trends,
• engaged residents and businesses on issues important to them,
• evaluated existing anti-displacement and wealth building programs, and
• developed a menu of possible strategies to lessen displacement and build wealth.

Come and inform the Anti-Displacement and Community Wealth Building Study by giving us your feedback on what strategies you think Saint Paul should consider to support homeownership, new housing, housing affordability and renter protections.
