New registration software launch
Saint Paul Parks and Recreation will phase in a new registration software system over the course of the next month. This is an exciting change, as the new system, RecTrac, will allow us to better connect our community to resources and create a more user-friendly experience. The RecTrac registration system and POS software will be used throughout our department, spanning recreation centers, aquatics facilities, Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, permit sites, ski centers, and athletic facilities.
Beginning today, December 5, registrants may begin to utilize our new registration software, RecTrac, for browsing certain activities. We will kick-off the transition with ski and snowboard lesson registration opening tomorrow, December 6 at 9am (Learn more about ski and snowboarding). Full RecTrac implementation for all sites, programs, and activities will phase in throughout the month, with Rec Services winter/spring activity registration and winter swim lesson registration opening December 12.
What can you do to help?
• We recommend all users create a new account in RecTrac. (Click the “Sign In/Register” button in the top right corner.) You will need to create a username and password as well as enter your contact information.
• If you have any account history you would like to save from our old system, ActiveNet, we recommend downloading or taking screen shots of anything you’d like to save for your records.
Thank you for your help and patience while we make this transition and continue to make Saint Paul one of the best urban parks systems in the country.
