Through a new youth jobs partnership with Tree Trust, many boulevard trees across Saint Paul will be planted by youth program participants who will water and maintain the tree for the next year. This exciting program is made possible through a funding partnership with the Saint Paul Port Authority to expedite our response efforts in addressing the Emerald Ash Borer crisis while creating additional jobs for youth across the City.
