What is WaterWorks?

WaterWorks is a voluntary contribution program initiated by Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) and administered jointly by SPRWS and Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties.

Under the WaterWorks program, assistance will be limited to annual maximum of $300 per recipient, subject to fund availability.

To be eligible for assistance, families must:

  • Be in financial crisis
  • Qualify under Minnesota state median guidelines from the US Department of Health and Human Services
  • Have had their water service terminated or be in danger of termination

Donations

Your generous contribution to WaterWorks will assist low-income families with their water and sewer bills.

How many times do you use tap water in a day? We use it for drinking, cooking, washing clothes, taking showers and baths, flushing toilets, and watering plants and gardens. Most of us take our water for granted—we just turn on the tap, and the water flows. Yet, when low-income families are unable to pay for their water service, going without water may become a reality.

You can help. By donating to WaterWorks, you can assist people in need by keeping the water flowing to their homes.
