Overview
Since 2007, the City has been seeking the community and other stakeholders’ visions and priorities for the Ford site. The thousands of ideas and suggestions that we have received over the past 10 years, and through more than 140 public meetings of all sizes, have shaped the redevelopment framework for the site.
Ultimately, when the site is complete, it should demonstrate that we can connect people through multiple forms of transit, that community energy needs can be met on site, and that jobs, people and green space can interact to create a vibrant and livable place to work and live. - Mayor Chris Coleman
Upcoming meetings
The City of Saint Paul, along with community partners, has evaluated key urban design and planning activities that focus on energy, jobs, transportation, and zoning ahead of Ford Land's national request for proposals to attract a master developer for the site.
