Environmental Review Records

The City of Saint Paul must review all projects with funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for mitigation and approval. Records of HUD-funded projects including a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (RROF) are available below. Environmental Review Records (ERR) can be found on HUD's Environmental Review Records page.

These responsibilities of the City are directed by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Code of Federal Regulations relating to HUD’s Environmental Review procedures (24 CFR § 58.1 and 24 CFR 58.43).
