The City of Saint Paul offers Men's and Women's Winter Basketball leagues. League play consists of ten games from November through February on weekday evenings.

Some of our recreation centers host adult and/or senior drop-in basketball. Pay per session - please bring exact change or use credit/debit.

Adult Basketball League Information

Winter 2024-2025

Men's and Women's leagues available.
Leagues play on weeknights beginning November 18th (men) and November 20th (Women). Games start at 6pm or later.
10 weeks, all teams are automatically entered into a playoff tournament after the regular season.

NEW THIS SEASON - Women can register individually to be placed on a team. Jersey is included in the registration fee. 

Teams are not registered until payment is made in full. Accepted forms of payment: cash, sponsorship check (made payable to City of Saint Paul). Personal checks are not accepted.

*Teams with any player that does not live or work in Ramsey County will pay the non-resident fee of $50*

Refund Policy:

  • After the first week of registration: refund minus 50% administrative fee.
  • After schedules are published: no refund given. 

Registration Dates:

  • Priority registration (for returning teams) opens October 7th, 2024.
  • Open registration (all teams) opens October 14th, 2024.
  • Registration closes November 1st, 2024 or until all spots are filled.
