The City of Saint Paul offers drop-in play for a nominal fee, or league-based play for both teams and individuals. 

Adult Volleyball League Information

• Fall Volleyball (Oct-Nov) is individual registration - join as a solo player and be placed on a team! Great for new residents or people new to the sport.
• Winter Volleyball (Jan - Feb) is team registration - must have at least 6 people ready to play, Manager submits team registration fee and submits roster. 
• Summer Volleyball (May-Jun) will offer both types of registration.

Adult Open Volleyball

Some of our recreation centers host adult and/or senior drop-in volleyball. Pay per session - please bring exact change or use credit/debit.

Adult Volleyball Leagues - Winter 2025

Coed Competitive and Coed Recreational leagues available.
Leagues play on Thursdays beginning January 2nd. Games start at 6pm or later.
8 weeks, all teams are automatically entered into a playoff tournament after the regular season.

Teams are not registered until payment is made in full. Accepted forms of payment: cash, sponsorship check (made payable to City of Saint Paul). Personal checks are not accepted.

*Teams with any player that does not live or work in Ramsey County will pay the non-resident fee of $50*

Refund Policy:

• After the first week of registration: refund minus 50% administrative fee.
• After schedules are published: no refund given. 

Registration Dates:

• Priority registration (for returning teams) opens November 4th, 2024.
• Open registration (all teams) opens November 11th, 2024.
• Registration closes December 13th, 2024 or until all spots are filled.
