Right Track offers internship and training opportunities for Saint Paul youth ages 14 to 24 who live in a cost-burdened household or have a barrier to employment. In 2024, Right Track provided over 1,100 young people with employment or training experience. Youth participants earned over 2 million dollars in wages. Right Track has two primary summer employment programs, YJ1 and YJ2.
Our Mission
Right Track’s mission is to build Saint Paul’s workforce by providing career-readiness opportunities and work experience for the young people of Saint Paul.
Eligibility
Youth must live in Saint Paul and either meet income requirements or have a barrier to employment.
