Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce the causes of poverty and its impacts on people’s lives. Its primary services are: 

  • Energy Assistance Program

  • Energy Conservation – weatherization services and free audits

  • Head Start and Early Head Start

  • Civic engagement and leadership development

  • SNAP (food support) Outreach

  • Volunteer Program

  • Self-Sufficiency Services – car loan program, matched savings program, financial literacy classes, employment assistance and job training
