Welcome to Healthy Saint Paul

City employees enrolled in the Medica health insurance plan offered are eligible to participate in the Healthy Saint Paul Well-being Program.  By participating, you can find out healthy you are and receive support in reaching your goals. Also, you can earn a substantial deposit into your into your HRA/VEBA account at BRI Benefit. This money can be used for co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions and other medical expenses.  

My Healthy Rewards and Opportunities to Earn!  

• Earn a total of 3,500 points to qualify for your full $900 HRA contribution
• Earn up to $220 in Medica Incentives along the way. Log on to mymedica.com to access Healthy Saint Paul Wellbeing Rewards. Choose from a variety of activities and earn points towards the HRA contribution incentive AND gift cards in the Personify Health store. My Health Rewards by Medica is powered by Personify Health, a pioneer in digital health and wellness solutions that help you build healthy habits and live your best life. 

Whether you want to eat healthier, sleep more, stress less or get fit, My Health Rewards is an online tool that helps you take small steps to reach your health goals.

Personify Health Login Step-by-Step Instructions

There are two options for logging in:

1. Download the Personify Health App on the App Store or Google Play
2. Login from your computer at medica.com/wellness/healthy-saint-paul
    

In the Personify Health app:

1. Select “Create Account”
2. Type in “City of Saint Paul” (For Spouse or Dependent 18+ select “Medica My Health Rewards)
3. Type in your information AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR MEDICA ID CARD: First Name, Last Name, DOB, State
4. Read and confirm your Privacy Notices then continue
5. Set up your email and password
6. Select “Create my Account”

Log in from a computer:

1. Go to medica.com/wellness/healthy-saint-paul
2. Select the appropriate member type (Select Employee or Spouse/Dependent 18+)
3. Type in your information AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR MEDICA ID CARD: First Name, Last Name, DOB, State
4. Read and confirm your Privacy Notices then continue
5. Set up your email and password
6. Click “Create my Account”
