On January 5, 2022, the City Council returned to in-person meetings and live public testimony has resumed in Council Chambers, and by telephone. All City Council public hearings are held at 3:30 p.m.
Interested parties who wish to speak on a specific Council Agenda item via telephone are required to pre-register. You are asked to register here by 12 noon on Tuesday to participate.
