Call the City at 651-266-6101 or email garbage@ci.stpaul.mn.gov.

If the items dumped are on private property, they then become the responsibility of the property owner to dispose of.

 Call the Citywide Coordinated Garbage Program at 651-266-6101. If you want to pay the invoice, you can make a payment online here, or you can mail in your payment to the St. Paul Assessment Office. The City of St. Paul is unable to accept payments by telephone.

 Call your garbage hauler to dispute your current quarter garbage bill. If you received a notice from the city for a previous quarter's garbage bill, call the Citywide Coordinated Collection to schedule a hearing for a notice that you received from the City.
My garbage cart is damaged / missing.

You will make the arrangements with your landlord regarding paying the garbage bill. It is a requirement that the property owner is required to be billed for garbage service, not the tenant.
I have extra garbage that won’t fit into my garbage cart.

  Place your bags next to your cart and the hauler will collect them with your regular garbage collection. If you have more than 3 extra bags, it is suggested that you contact your garbage hauler to notify them. There is a charge of $3.12 per extra bag collected.
