Mayor's Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities (MACPD) Meeting

MACPD Meeting Schedule

• Meets on the Third Tuesday of the Month 
• 5:30pm-7:30pm
• General meetings are open to the public.
• Meetings are held at the Rondo Community Library unless otherwise stated.
• No meeting in July

Member Requirements

• Size: 14 members, half must be people with disabilities.  
• Residency: St. Paul residency is not required but preference will be given to St. Paul residents.
• Term length: Three years
• Term limit: Three terms

St. Paul enabling code applicable to board: 3.01.8

Power and Duties

The Mayor's Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities advises and makes recommendations to the Mayor and City Council regarding problems, issues, and opportunities facing people with disabilities within the City of Saint Paul. 

MACPD has a specific interest on issues related to:  

• Accessibility
• Public Education
• Employment

Complete an application online or print one out and mail it in. You can apply for more than one committee per application. Mayor Carter encourages applicants to get recommendations from their City Council members.
