Curious about how the City spends your tax dollars and sets priorities? Join Council President Noecker and City staff for an engaging Ward 2 Budget Meeting—a chance to learn, ask questions, provide feedback, and share ideas.

What’s in it for you:

• Understand the difference between the City’s operating and capital budgets, and what each pays for.
• Discover where the City’s money comes from and how it supports services, programs, and infrastructure.
• Learn how budget decisions are made, including the roles of the Mayor, City Council, and the public.
• Hear about the challenges the City faces, from rising costs to aging infrastructure.
• Provide feedback and share ideas to help inform the citywide budget for the year ahead. Join us and leave with the tools to follow the city’s ongoing budget conversation, understand City priorities, and influence decisions that shape Saint Paul’s future.

Downtown Action Series

Join fellow neighbors for the launch of the Downtown Action Series, a new initiative led by Council President Rebecca Noecker to bring community members together around the future of downtown Saint Paul.

This series of public meetings is designed to keep you informed and engaged in the progress of Saint Paul’s Downtown Investment Strategy. Whether you're a downtown resident, business owner, employee, or simply care about downtown’s future—your engagement matters.

All meetings are held at Union Depot (214 4th Street East) from 4:30-6 PM.
