Fitness in the Parks Saint Paul

Fitness in the Parks is a new free exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks. Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary. Follow us on Facebook  and Twitter for updates and cancellations.

If it is raining at a class location within one half hour before a scheduled class time, that class will be cancelled.

Fitness in the Parks classes are taught by local Saint Paul businesses who have partnered with the City of Saint Paul. Our 2015 partners include:  I Love Kick Boxing, Saint Paul Athletic Club, MGayle Studios, Teach to Breath Pilates, Dancers Studio, YMCALegacy American Martial Arts, Awaken for Wellness, Sarah Zen Yoga, Skyway Fitness, Tula Yoga and Wellness, Crossfit Slipstream, Primal Athlete and Yoga for Every Body.
