Planning and Economic Development (PED) works directly with the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) to administer a wide variety of housing programs and financial resources. Together, they support the goal of providing quality housing for all residents of Saint Paul. 

With our community development partners, we actively promote and support the growth of our neighborhoods by providing incentives and amenities that will attract new and retain current residents.
