The City of Saint Paul is home to one of the best park systems in the country, and features some of the most well-kept and beautiful hiking trails, sports facilities, woods, picnic areas, fishing and scenic beauty in the world. From Como Park's proud title~The Jewel of Saint Paul~to the historically significant 2,000 year old burial mounds at Indian Mounds park, we have something for everyone! No doubt, Saint Paul is well on its way to becoming the most livable city in America.

2013 RESERVATION INFORMATION AND FORMS

Our 2013 picnic season will run from May 4 through October 6.

As a reminder we do issue permits for summer Holidays.

We are now taking online reservations for shelters.

PARKS RENTAL INFORMATION

Picnic Reservation Hours:

AM Session: 7:30am to 2:00pm
PM Session: 3:30pm to 9:30pm
All Day: 7:30am to 9:30pm

Organizations claiming tax exempt status must submit a completed ST3 form prior to making a park reservation. (This tax exempt number must be issued by the State of MN and not by the IRS Department of Treasury).

All Insurance Certificates must be submitted to Parks and Recreation no later than 15 business days prior to your event, or your event may be cancelled. Insurance is required for all inflatables. No dunk tanks allowed in Saint Paul parks.

Construction Updates:

***Due to shoreline and turf restoration the Phalen Shelter will not be available until August 2013.  Thank you for your cooperation.***

***Please be aware that some work is scheduled to be done on the outside of the Landmark Center and Ordway buildings.  This may cause possible lane closures and have some associated noise during your event.  This will take place starting mid-June 2013 to fall 2014.

***Please note from May 6 - September 2013 Lilydale Road will be closed east of the train tressle and continue west past Pickerel Lake parking lot.

Note: Reserved parking spaces are not permitted in our parks; all parking is general and on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be issued if request is made less than 30-days prior to the event date.  Permits under $150.00 will not receive a refund. Permits over $150.00 will receive 50% of the permit fee paid.
