Programs
Saint Paul Parks and Recreation offers football programs for youth during the fall season. There are both flag and tackle football leagues.

Capital City Youth Football Information
Youth tackle football teams are formed at Saint Paul's Recreation Centers. The city has leagues for 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 14U. The tackle football season starts late August with the season ending in early November. For more information, contact your local Recreation Center.
