Summer Highlights
Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of activity camps that allow kids of all ages to explore their different talents and spend time outside.

Pools and Public Beach
We have an outdoor facility, Highland Park Aquatic Center, which features the state's first aquatic climbing wall, diving boards, water geysers, concessions and picnic shelters. The indoor facility, Great River Water Park, offers a full length lap pool, a children's aquatic play area and water slides. The Phalen Park Beach features day-time swimming June - August and Sailing Lessons!
