Linwood S'more Fun
Overview

S’more Fun is a child care/recreational program for school-aged children in grades K-5 (Children must have completed kindergarten). We offer recreational, cultural, social, and educational activities. Our goal is for each child to develop friendships, gain confidence, and build independence in a safe, comfortable, and fun atmosphere.

Our daily schedule involves going outside to interact and participate in unstructured play in addition to playing structured group games in the gym.  We make weekly visits to Highland Aquatic Center to go swimming.  We also have exciting and fun-filled theme days which include: Root Beer Float and Water Games Day, Olympic Day, Hot Dog Picnic Lunch, Talent Show, Arts & Crafts Day, Camp Day, Chill Out Day, Team Spirit Day, and Movie & Popcorn Day. There are scheduled field trips each week to a variety of interesting places such as:  Como Zoo, Bunker Wave Pool, The Science Museum & Omni Theater, Cascade Bay Water Park, Grand Ole Creamery, Flaherty’s Cosmic Bowling, Wooddale Rollerskating, Minnesota Zoo, The Works Museum, St. Paul Saints Baseball game, and Jim Lupient Waterpark & Miniature Golf.
