Trudy Moloney serves as the Director of Council Operations. Trudy oversees all of the department's support services, supervises staff, and manages the City Council meetings.
Public access to Council meetings has been improved significantly through the introduction of meeting videos and on-line agendas, minutes, and meeting materials. Trudy and City Clerk Shari Moore have been responsible for coordinating this effort.
Trudy's career here in Minnesota includes working for the City of Minneapolis. She began her career with the National League of Cities, working on local goverment issues. While earning her Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, Trudy also worked for the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
