The Blooming Saint Paul Awards is an initiative of the Saint Paul Department of Parks and Recreation, The Saint Paul Garden Club, the Ramsey County Master Gardeners and Public Art Saint Paul. The program is sponsored by the Saint Paul Pioneer Press.
The purpose of the awards is to promote and recognize beautification efforts by Saint Paul's citizens through gardens and art in the public realm.
Any garden located within Saint Paul city limits can be nominated for an award in one of seven categories. Golden Bloom, Silver Bloom, Bronze Bloom awards are given out for each category.
