Fitness in the Parks Saint Paul

Fitness in the Parks is a new free exercise program that brings a variety of fitness activities to many of Saint Paul’s beautiful parks.Getting started is easy. Just pick a class you like and show up! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages welcome and no experience is necessary.

The classes will be taught by local Saint Paul businesses who have partnered with the City of Saint Paul. Businesses that have signed on to teach classes include; I Love Kick Boxing, Saint Paul Athletic Club, Crossfit Slipstream, Primal Athlete, MGayle Studios, Teach to Breath Pilates, Jenna Theis Yoga, Dancers Studio, Legacy American Martial Arts, Sara Wait Yoga, Awaken for Wellness, Sarah Zen Yoga, Element Boxing and Fitness, Skyway Fitness, Tula Yoga and Wellness, Crossfit Slipstream, Primal Athlete and Yoga for Every Body.

Weather cancellations: If it is raining at a class location within one half hour before a scheduled class time, that class will be cancelled.
