Pick Up a Parking Card Today!
Tired of using coins to pay the meter? Looking for a way to track your employees’ parking expenses? City of Saint Paul Parking Cards might be the solution you’ve been looking for. Prepaid parking cards can be used at any meter in downtown or the capitol area, and will soon be accepted citywide. City of Saint Paul Parking Cards can be loaded up to $150, and do not require a deposit. To purchase or reload a City of Saint Paul Parking Card, visit either of the following locations:

How do you use a parking card? Just follow these simple instructions:

When using a single-space meter:
  • Insert your card. The meter will display the value remaining on the card.
  • After a few seconds, time will be added to the meter.
  • Remove your card after desired amount of time is purchased.

When using a multi-space meter:

  • Enter your space number.
  • Insert your card and leave it in until the transaction is complete.
  • Use the keypad to add time to the meter.
  • Press the print receipt button to complete your transaction.
  • Remove card and take your receipt.

Value from old parking cards can be transfered to the new cards at Traffic Operations, located at 899 Dale Street North.
