This license is for an individual or business that owns and operates food vending machines. An operator's license is not required if the vending machine is owned and located within the operator's own building, but a Food Vending Machine License is still required for each machine.

The annual fee for a Food Vending Machine Operator License is $136.00 per business.

A Food Vending Machine Operator License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
