Overview
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) is a legally distinct public entity which undertakes housing, commercial and business development activities.

The HRA authorizes the acquisition of real estate, housing and commercial loans and grants, and the issuance of bonds.

2. Project Description: The applicant proposes to purchase the HRA-owned vacant parcels located at 838/840 & 940 Selby Avenue.  The applicant, in partnership with Community Housing Development Corporation, would like to construct two (2) buildings with a mix of residential and commercial uses.
The applicant has had preliminary discussions regarding financial assistance from the City.
