General Information
A Wrecking License allows the holder to engage in the business of, or do any work on, wrecking or demolishing any building or structure in Saint Paul.

See Chapter 368 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about building trade business licenses.
Application Requirements
You must submit the following:
- A completed Building Trades Business License Application
- A $10,000 surety bond from a licensed State of Minnesota agency
- Please use the above City of St Paul bond form. Other bond forms will not be accepted
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Form
- A Minnesota Tax ID Number
- The required fee

Fees
The annual fee for a wrecking license is $65.00 each.
Expiration/Renewal
All trade licenses expire on December 1 and may be renewed annually.
