Location
The Contract and Analysis Services office is located on the second floor of the City Hall / Courthouse building in downtown Saint Paul. The building is at the intersection of Kellogg Boulevard and Wabasha Street, just west of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Directions
From the South:
- Follow I-35 East North to the Kellogg Boulevard exit.
- Turn right on Kellogg Boulevard and travel two blocks past the Science Museum of MInnesota and the RiverCentre to arrive at the City Hall / Courthouse building (on your left).
From the North:
- Follow I-35 East South to the Wacouta Street exit and continue south to Kellogg Boulevard.
- Turn right on Kellogg Boulevard and travel until you see the Crowne Plaza Hotel (on your right). The City Hall / Courthouse building is across the street.
From the East:
- Follow I-94 West to the Kellogg Boulevard exit.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Kellogg Boulevard and follow it until you see the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The City Hall / Courthouse building is across the street.
From the West:
- Follow I-94 East to the Marion Street / Kellogg Boulevard exit and continue following the signs to Kellogg Boulevard.
- Turn left on Kellogg Boulevard and travel two blocks past the RiverCentre and the Science Museum of Minnesota. The City Hall / Courthouse building will be on your left.
