Member Requirements
Size: 20 members
  • 10 appointed by the County Board
  • 10 appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council
  • Five shall be drawn from:
    • Saint Paul Coalition for the Homeless
    • Corporation for Supportive Housing
    • Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
    • Providers of housing or overnight or day shelters for families
    • Providers of housing or overnight or day shelters for single adults
    • Providers of youth services
    • Individuals who are, or were homeless
  • Five shall be drawn from the community at-large

Saint Paul Residency: Not Required

Term: Three years

Powers & Duties
  • Communicating with the County Board, the City Council and the Mayor on issues affecting people experiencing homelessness
  • Recommending policy changes to further implementation of the Five Year Low Income and Homeless Service Plan
