Size: Nine members consisting of:
  • Six Regular Members
  • Two Alternates
  • One Planning Commission Representative

St. Paul Residency: Required

Term: Three years - except for Planning Commission Representative, whose term is concurrent with their Planning Commission term.

Powers & Duties
Hold public hearings on:
  • Administrative appeals
  • Zoning variances
Additional information:
  • The majority of cases are variance requests.
  • Administrative appeals are challenges of decisions made by the zoning administrator.
