Mayor Coleman challenges Chicago Mayor Emanuel to high-stakes wager on outcome of Wild-Blackhawks series
Massive Pearson's candy bar, Summit Beer on the line

Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman today challenged Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to a friendly wager on the outcome of the second-round NHL playoff series between the Minnesota Wild and the Chicago Blackhawks.

At risk: a 25-pound Pearson's Salted Nut roll and a six-pack of Summit beer from Saint Paul.

"I am confident the Wild will emerge victorious, and am putting some of my favorite Saint Paul food and drink on the line to prove it," Mayor Chris Coleman said. "We'll see if Mayor Emanuel has the same level of confidence in his team."

The first match in the seven-game series will take place tonight, Friday May 2 at 8:30 p.m. in Chicago.
