Overview
Xcel Energy now performs all routine power line tree pruning in the city, including public boulevard trees located under power lines that were formerly maintained by the City of Saint Paul, Forestry. Xcel contracts with tree service companies to complete this work and has hired Wright's Tree Service for 2012.
