Ready for Rail

The Business Resource Collaborative created a Ready for Rail website containing information
about services and resources — in multiple languages — that can help you prepare your
business or property for the Cready for railentral Corridor Light Rail Transit Line. Our goal is to help corridor
area businesses and property owners prepare for the impact of Light Rail Transit, survive during
periods of construction, and thrive after the line becomes operational in 2014.
Ready for Rail can help by providing:
  • A checklist to help prepare your business.
  • Small businesses support services. Download additional information on
financial assistance, legal advice, marketing, construction, parking, and more.
  • Business consultants to help small business owners across the corridor improve
marketing, obtain training and technical advice, and identify sources of loans,
matching grants, and other financial assistance.

MarketingDiscover central corridor

The Discover Central Corridor Campaign is a corridor wide "buy local" initiative that helps
connect the community to businesses impacted by light rail construction. Read how businesses can access and download a variety of materials that can easily be used to promote and support corridor businesses.

The Saint Paul Transit-Oriented Guidebook for the Central Corridor offers a concise overview of the various Central Corridor plans, reports and resources, and helps readers know what questions to ask as they consider investing in the Central Corridor.
