Inspiring Communities Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is accepting applications for the Inspiring Communities program. The Inspiring Communities program will provide focused investment in cluster areas in neighborhoods most impacted by foreclosure and vacancy, as well as additional investment to develop properties with financial, community driven, or partner identified obligations. The HRA investment seeks to construct new housing on vacant lots and to rehabilitate vacant structures.

Proposals are to be submitted online via the City of Saint Paul Supplier Portal. Browse for event 168. Proposals are due to be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on December 5, 2014. Late bids will not be accepted. Questions about the supplier portal should be directed to .
