Saint Paul Parks & Recreation for Adults offers a variety of exercise and fitness opportunities. Fitness classes are offered at many of Saint Paul’s recreation centers. Activities include water aerobics, yoga, Tai Chi Chih, aerobic classes, and Tai Chi Chuan. Activities offered are listed in the 2013/2014 Winter & Spring brochure or the 2014 Summer brochure. In addition, fitness memberships for weight rooms and walking tracks are available.
