Tree Advisory Panel

Overview

The City of Saint Paul: Department of Parks and Recreation recently formed a Tree Advisory Panel (TAP) consisting of Saint Paul residents representing each of the City Council wards, city staff, members of the business community, University of Minnesota, and Friends of the Parks and Trails of Saint Paul and Ramsey County. Chaired by Highland Park resident Gary Johnson, the panel held their first meeting on November 17, 2008, reconvening monthly ever since. Major activities undertaken thus far are addressing green infrastructure opportunities of the Central Corridor and the emerald ash borer.
