We seek your assistance in an unsolved homicide.

The Saint Paul Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public in obtaining information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for a recent homicide. The details of the case are as follows:

On 08-01-99 at about 11:55 pm, Mr. Panfilo Ojeda-Reyes (known to his friends as "Pilo"), a Hispanic male (DOB: 02-17-52), was the victim of an assault that occurred on the second floor rear deck area at 991 Payne Avenue. Mr. Ojeda-Reyes was stabbed multiple times and died from his injuries on Thursday, September 9, 1999. A second adult Hispanic male was also stabbed but survived his injuries.

Witnesses report that Mr. Reyes was attacked by two or three unidentified Black males, approximately 15-25+ yrs. old. The suspects fled the crime scene on foot.
