Saint Paul Convictions for Indecent Conduct Activities
Indecent conduct, as defined by Minnesota Statute 617.23, consists of a person committing any of the following acts in a public place, or in a place where others are present.
These elements are:
- Willfully and lewdly exposing the person's body or private parts
- Procuring another to expose private parts
- Engaging in any open or gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, or other public indecency
- Convictions for indecent conduct range from misdemeanor to felony depending on the activity, circumstances, and number of convictions
