Special Event Food Sales (Nonprofit) License
This license is for a nonprofit organization selling food in conjunction with a special event. The event must not exceed ten (10) consecutive days.

You must submit the following:
Applications received less than seven (7) business days prior to the first day of the event shall incur a late fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the license fee.
This license requires inspection approval from Environmental Health [Ph: (651) 266-8989].

Each additional 150 square foot portion OVER the base size will incur an additional fee.

The late and/or emergency fees are in addition to the license fee. Cash payment is required if applying less than eight days before the event.
A Special Event Food Sales (Nonprofit) License is valid only for the date(s) of the specific event.
