Solid Waste Transfer Station License
Overview

This license is for an intermediate facility in which mixed municipal solid waste collected from any source is temporarily deposited to await transportation to another waste facility.

You must submit an application that includes the following:



Inspections

This license requires inspection approvals from the Saint Paul Fire Department (Ph: (651) 266-8989), Saint Paul Department of Public Works, Licensing, (Ph: (651) 266-8989), and Zoning (Ph: (651) 266-9008).


Fees

The annual fee for a Solid Waste Transfer Station License is $1,630.00 per location.


Expiration/Renewal

A Solid Waste Transfer Station License expires one year from the date of issue and may be renewed annually.
